With every system purchase, DPi is pleased to offer one of the most competitive service and support plans in the industry. This means less down time, greater throughput and more profit for you—and faster turnaround times for your customer.

All purchases include a competitive, one-year support program and warranties that cover:

  • Printer controller–one year from date of installation
  • Telephone support during DPi business hours; on-call service negotiable
  • Automatic software updates
  • One software and one hardware training course at DPi facility
  • Advance replacement service on parts (subject to parts availability)
  • One eight-hour on-site hardware consulting visit*

*Not applicable for TIJ 150 product
